1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

To use certain features of our Service (such as designing and ordering football kits), you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some personal information, such as your first name, last name, email, telephone, and delivery address. This information will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree that all information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times.

3. User Content

Users are permitted to design their own football kits and generate unique links to share their designs with others. All such designs (excluding any user-uploaded logos or other potentially copyrighted images) and related content will be owned by MOMUTO and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. The user is responsible for ensuring that any uploaded content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. We will reject designs with logos of renowned brands unless the user can demonstrate authorization to use them.

4. Payments

We accept payments via a secured credit card payment gateway and PayPal, in EUR and USD. We do not store your financial data.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and will offer refunds in the case of a product that is significantly different from your approved design or has manufacturing defects. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services. You understand that through your use of the Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information, including the transfer of this information for storage, processing, and use by MOMUTO.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content (excluding any user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by MOMUTO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights laws.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be communicated via email once they are published. We will provide reasonable advance notice where we can.
