Ordering & design
What are the ways to get a kit designed?
Three routes, and all of them end in the same free 3D designer. Ready to Play: a wall of finished designs by the MOMUTO studio — open one, recolour it, add your crest, names and numbers, order. Design it yourself: start from any design in the 3D designer and build your own, free. Send us your idea: a sketch, a reference or an AI render (ChatGPT, Midjourney…) and a MOMUTO designer builds it for you — a €15 deposit, first mockup in 24–48 hours, revisions included, credited in full to orders of 5+ jerseys.
Do I pay before I see the final design?
You pay when you order — but nothing is printed until you approve a final mockup. Within 24–48 hours of ordering we send a production mockup of your exact kit (crest cleaned, sponsor placed, names and numbers set). Change anything, free. Production only starts on your OK, so you never receive a kit you didn't approve.
Is there really no minimum order?
None. Order one jersey or a hundred. The only thing that changes with quantity is the price per unit (see the ladder above). A single custom jersey is €38.90; at 10+ it drops to €21.90.
How do I order for a whole team?
Add the design to your cart and enter the roster: one line per player with size, name and number. Mixed sizes — youth to adult — in the same design are normal. If the roster isn't final yet, order what you have; a second order later gets its own tier pricing.
Can I still change something after ordering?
Yes, right up until you approve the mockup — colours, crest position, a misspelt name, a size. After approval the kit goes into production and changes are no longer possible. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before production starts.
Is the €15 deposit refunded?
It is credited in full to your order when you order 5 or more jerseys — so for a team it costs nothing. It covers the designer's time to build, vectorise and revise your concept before you commit.
Do you make sports other than football?
Yes. The same 3D designer and fabric now carry basketball jerseys, and the studio has built futsal, padel, handball and e-sports kits. Ask us if you don't see your sport.
Production & delivery
How long does it take?
25–30 days door to door, worldwide: 7–12 days of production after your mockup approval, then 10–15 days of tracked shipping. More than 95% of orders arrive inside that window. Need a date? Tell us before ordering and we'll confirm it's realistic.
Can I get it faster?
The fast lane (+€59 per order) skips the production queue and adds shipping priority — roughly 7 days saved. Approving your mockup quickly helps too: the clock only starts once you've greenlit the design.
When should I order for a season or tournament?
Start 7–9 weeks before you need the kits and confirm the order 4–5 weeks out. In practice teams spend 2–3 weeks deciding (the design vote, the sponsor's approval, collecting the money) — longer than production itself. Size lists, on the other hand, usually arrive within 24 hours.
Who delivers, and can I track it?
Every order is tracked and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as it ships. In the UK your parcel is delivered by Royal Mail; elsewhere by a certified international courier. Free shipping on orders over €50 (€3.90 below).
Will I pay customs duties?
No. Duties are prepaid by us. In the rare case a carrier charges you anyway, send the receipt to info@momuto.com and we refund it.
Where are the kits made?
Designed in Europe, manufactured in our partner factory in Asia, shipped directly to you. That is how a fully sublimated, elastane-blend kit can cost €21.90 at team quantities.
Sizes & fit
How do the kits fit?
An athletic slim fit. If a player is between two sizes, or prefers a relaxed feel, size up. All numbers in the size guide are body measurements (chest, height, weight), not garment measurements.
Which sizes exist?
Adults XS–3XL; kids and youth from 98/104 (3–4 yrs) to 176 (15–16 yrs). Shorts follow the same range. Mixed sizes in one order are the norm for a team.
Can I mix kids and adults in one order?
Yes — one design, every size. Enter each player's size on the roster at checkout. The design scales to each size automatically; a designer checks crest and number placement on every size before print.
What if a size is wrong when it arrives?
Sizes are chosen by you on the roster, so please check the guide before ordering — custom items can't be exchanged for a different size afterwards. If a garment is defective or doesn't match the approved mockup, we replace it (see Returns).
Customisation
Are names, numbers and sponsors extra?
No. Names, numbers and sponsor logos are printed into the fabric at no extra cost, in the font and colour you choose. A roster of 20 different names costs the same as one design.
What happens to my logo?
Every crest and sponsor logo is cleaned and vectorised by a designer before production — whatever you upload to the 3D designer or send in a brief. A blurry phone photo of a badge comes back sharp on the mockup.
Can I have long sleeves, or a goalkeeper kit in another colour?
Long sleeves are chosen per player on the roster (+€3.00 per jersey). A goalkeeper version in different colours is a second design in the same order — ask us and we set it up so it keeps your team's tier pricing.
Do you offer 3D silicone badges?
Yes, as an optional player-version upgrade for larger club orders: 3D silicone or rubberised crests with real texture, like professional match kits. Ask us for eligibility and pricing.
Can I order jersey only, or the full kit?
Both. Jersey only, or full kit (jersey + matching shorts). Socks are available separately. Choose on the product or tell us in your brief.
Can you copy a brand or a professional club's kit?
No — we don't print licensed logos, brand marks or copies of pro kits. We build original designs inspired by your idea, and they always come out better anyway: the crest is yours.
Fabric, printing & care
What is the fabric?
A polyester-elastane performance blend (145–160 GSM micro-interlock) with four-way stretch and moisture wicking — the fabric most brands reserve for their premium tier. It's standard on every MOMUTO kit.
How is the design printed?
Full dye-sublimation: the ink is fused into the fibres at 200 °C, so the design is part of the fabric — weightless, breathable, and it never peels, cracks or fades. Unlimited colours, gradients and patterns cost nothing extra. We guarantee the print for the life of the garment.
Will it look exactly like the 3D preview?
Yes — and you'll see it first. The 3D designer is a faithful preview; the production mockup we send before printing is the exact file that goes to the printer. Nothing prints until you've approved it.
How do I wash it?
Cold or 30 °C, inside out, no bleach, no tumble dryer, no ironing over prints. Sublimated colours don't need special care — they can't peel — but the fabric lasts longer treated gently.
Returns, guarantees & samples
Can I return a custom kit?
Custom kits are made for you, so returns are for manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or a kit that differs from the approved mockup. Contact info@momuto.com within 7 days of delivery with photos; we issue an RMA and replace or refund — including any return shipping you paid — within 14 days of approval.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
Closely, but not perfectly. Screens emit light and fabric reflects it, so a slight tone difference is normal on every custom jersey and isn't covered as a defect. We run colour tests before production to keep it minimal. For a critical colour, give us the Pantone or hex code and we match the print to the reference, not the screen.
What protects my purchase?
The mockup gate: nothing is printed until you approve the final mockup, and every crest is checked by a designer. Plus a lifetime guarantee on the print itself — sublimation can't peel or crack.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for a full refund at any point before production starts (i.e. before you approve the mockup). Once it's in production or shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes — with no minimum, order one jersey at the single price (€38.90) as your sample. Most teams don't need to: every Ready to Play design shows real colourways in 3D, and you approve a production mockup before anything prints.
