The timeline
Custom kits are made to order, so the clock has four parts. The only one you control is how fast you approve the mockup.
- Day 0Order confirmed. You pay at checkout and get a confirmation email. If anything in your design needs a decision, we email you — keep an eye on your inbox.
- Day 1–2Production mockup, 24–48 h. A designer cleans your crest and sponsor, sets names and numbers, and sends the exact file that will print. Change anything, free. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Day 3–14Production, 7–12 days. Full dye-sublimation on the polyester-elastane blend, cut and sewn to each player's size.
- Day 15–30Shipping, 10–15 days. Tracked, by the carrier for your zone (table below). You receive the tracking number by email the moment it leaves.
- DeliveryAt your door. Duties are prepaid by us. Problem with the parcel? Write to customer@momuto.com within 7 days with photos.

- ✓Fast lane: +€59 per order skips the production queue and adds shipping priority — roughly 7 days saved.
- ✓Plan 7–9 weeks ahead for a season or tournament and confirm the order 4–5 weeks out; teams spend 2–3 weeks deciding, longer than production itself.
- ✓The clock starts at mockup approval, not at payment — approve fast, receive fast.
- ✓Customs duties are prepaid. If a carrier charges you anyway, send the receipt to orders@momuto.com and we refund it.
Shipping questions
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships tracked; the tracking number arrives by email as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can follow it in the carrier's tracking page and in the Order Status section of your account.
Do you deliver to my country?
We ship worldwide with a certified international courier, and with Royal Mail in the UK. Customers in Spain, France, Italy and the United States get local carriers and local prices on their own MOMUTO store.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No — duties are prepaid by MOMUTO. In the rare case a carrier still asks you to pay, send the receipt to orders@momuto.com and we refund the amount.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
We can't guarantee a date — global logistics occasionally slip — but more than 95% of orders arrive within 25–30 days, and the fast lane (+€59) buys roughly a week. Tell us your deadline before ordering and we'll say honestly whether it's realistic.
Can I change the delivery address?
Before the parcel ships, yes — email customer@momuto.com with your order number and we update it. Once it's with the carrier we'll ask them to redirect where their service allows, but it can't be promised.
The parcel arrived damaged or something is missing
Write to customer@momuto.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and the items. Damage in transit and missing pieces are replaced or refunded — see the returns & exchanges policy.
